Free machining alloy CuBe2Pb is a very high strength alloy. Properties are similar to those of B25. Its small lead addition gives a very good machinability index (60%).

Berylco rod and bar products availability


In addition to a variety of rod dimensions, NGK Berylco can also deliver some profile rods (square, rectangle, hexagonal, plane) cold draw or hot worked and some out of limits diameters.

The regular Berylco rods are produced appointed and chamfered

Rod scan be delivered following rectification

Special tolerances – The Berylco rods and wires can be delivered with narrow tolerances (h6, h5, h7) achieved by rectification or special process.
